Why I created Called & Ready 

I've spent years helping athletes train the mental side — the part that decides whether they crumble or rise when it's hard. And I kept seeing the same thing in missionaries preparing to serve.

They're taught what to do. But almost no one teaches them how to be ready — how to hear the Spirit clearly in practical ways- every day, not just sometimes- steady themselves under pressure, and keep going when a day breaks them a little.

That preparation can't wait until they're already in the field.
